By purchasing a commission, the commissioner is aware they are only purchasing the digital file, not a printed artwork

Once finished, it is the commissioner’s responsibility to save the artwork. Please be sure to always save your commissioned artwork! I am not responsible if the person chooses not to save the image, shared via sta.sh.

Please don't ask me to draw in a different style. My gallery is the best representation of my current style.

When you provide a reference of your character with a color palette section. If commissioner wants me to strictly go with the colors on the palette, please state so when you order a commission. As an artist, my art style is fluid and will be changing over time. Changes may include the following: the way lineart is done, a different method for coloring, or improvements in anatomy.

Be sure to always tell me clearly and exactly what you want in the commission, to prevent any misunderstandings. Giving feedback is important. This commission is for you, and you are not hurting my feelings by giving feedback. Pictures of references, poses, and sharing ideas about the character can help.

By purchasing any of my services, the commissioner automatically accepts my Terms of Service, and are obligated to follow them. At the same time, the commissioner is promising they won't request a Paypal chargeback

Commissioning me for an emote to use for discord or twitch is considered personal use.

Personal use includes but is not limited to: profile pic, in a banner, in a character gallery on Toyhouse.

Commissioned art may be used on social media, as I receive credit.

If an order is for commercial use, the commission price is double the original price, such as selling my art as merchandise or making profit off of my art in any way.

I do not authorize my work to be used with AI in any way shape or form. I also do not approve of my art being used for NFTs.

Payments will only be accepted in USD, unless stated otherwise

I will not start working on the commission until I receive full payment.

I will request payment for the commissioner’s Paypal address instead of having the person sending me the payment to avoid accidental transactions / fees. If paying with DeviantArt points, I will create a widget for payment, so I can convert it into money that goes to my paypal account.

Payment is expected to be received within the next 48 hours after your commission order. In case you're not able to pay in time, make sure to let me know first so we can discuss things, otherwise you might lose your slot

Once I have all the details for the order and the payment has been received, I will add the order to my To Do List. At the commissioner's wish, I will share my To-Do List.

Do not send me any payment until I have accepted the commission and requested payment

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, so I may:

Post / Display the picture anywhere on my social media etc. to promote myself. Of course I will always give the commissioner proper credits as the owner of the characters or the project, unless stated otherwise

Post WIPs on my social media, unless stated otherwise

As the commissioner, you are not allowed to:

Change, modify or use my works for anything we haven't discussed when you ordered the commission. Please ask.

Take credit for my artwork and claim it as yours. Please always credit me!

Please don't rush me.

If a user commissions me, they agree that they have to wait at least 1 month for your artwork to be finished before contacting me about it. Commissions are mostly done in 3-4 weeks

If there will be a big delay with the commission, I will always contact the commissioner

Commissioners are welcome to request WIPs, once the order has been accepted

I will send you a WIP (Work in Progress) before I will start with lineart and coloring, to prevent and misunderstandings and to be transparent on the progress thus far. (Unless it is a sketch)

Once the commission is finished, the user is allowed to request small changes such as color adjustments or adding small details that I may have forgotten to add

If the references are unclear to begin with, then you're not allowed to ask me for minor changes without a fee. Please make sure to be clear in the order form, and tell me what you want

As the artist, I can refund 100% of the Payment, only if I have not started to work on the sketch.

The commissioner has no right to cancel a commission or demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received. If you do not have the money for a luxury, such as art, then please do not buy it.

If a chargeback is filed against me on Paypal, you will lose every right to every single artwork I ever created for you. Any user to file a chargeback will be put on a Blacklist and the user won't be allowed to purchase any commissions or YCH (etc.) from me. The name of the user and information will be publicly posted to warn other artists.
